It was discovered Wednesday afternoon at Brooks Middle School. Police say the student had made the device from sparklers and gun powder, and apparently had the bomb at school for weeks. The student is in custody facing multiple charges. Police say the student had made no threats, but the device, if detonated, would have caused severe injuries.
