Ok, every time I get my shit together, have a good workout I totaly fuck my joints. I did incline bench a couple of days ago and now have massive painfull bursitis in my shoulder. I also have something kind of similar along my ribs on the left side. So basically I could only take half breaths for 2 days. When I do heavy squats 1-5 times I'll have bursitis in my hip and can't do shit for a week or two. For now the doctor gave me some steriods and pain medicine. Do they even bother with curing problems anymore? They seem to only treat the symptons. Anyone have any thoughts or have problems with this? I'm probably going to see a rheumatoligist, but they will probably only give me pain medication which isn't going to fix the underlying problem that I have about every autoimmune disease there is (colitis, arthritis, asthma, etc). I think I'm going to try taking insane amounts of flax and glucosamine.
