Why? Renault is a factory team.

Thinking about how that car worked blows my mind. They needed a young kid to get the most out of it because anyone with a survival instinct wouldn't be able to do it. How many briefs/debriefs did Seb sit in and they were telling him he could be flat ____ here and he said sure, fuck it. And it worked lol. An old guy like Mark was a skeptic and would lift but the new guy bought it and white knuckled through those ridiculous corners with nothing to back him up but engineers saying "it should be good", man how cool is that? I'm probably talking out of my ass but the results are there.

Webber was known to always be better in the high speed corners. Here is quoting Mark Hughes:

But realistically, Webber at near retirement age was never going to be constantly quicker than Vettel. Its a real shame we never got Ricciardo in that car. I would have loved to see it.

I did it Audible style, as I've been driving/flying a lot. The narrator has a bitchin Aussie accent, which made it that much more entertaining to listen to.

And if it's even possible, I dislike Helmut Marco even more now than I did before I read/heard it.

Horner too. Mark really makes him look like a puppet.

Loved Webbers book. Read it in about a week and the ghostwriter does a superb job of writing as if Mark was speaking to the reader.

Lewis on top as usual in the USGP. Hopefully he gets away okay on Sunday, when it counts, and restarts his championship run.

Sounding the death horn for Hulk at Renault. Guy has gone from a car/team that routinely gets him into Q3, usually in the best of the rest behind Ferrari/Red Bull/Merc, to a albeit new car/new team who have not delivered on expectations so far.

Disagree on Hulk to Renault. Stagnate in the mid field or take a chance on a factory ride, he made the right call. People questioned Hamilton's move to Mercedes a few years back too.

I agree, and am really rooting for Hulk to break through and finally get some wins.

It was a smart move imo. But Renault won't get to the front as quickly as people think.

Kinda been that way most of the season. Lewis has had 90% of the bad luck.

I'm barely even watching the races now. So fucking boring when races are decided by turn 1.

Sad to see Audi pack it up in the WEC, given the dieselgate scandal. Toyota will probably run a third car. BMW is reckoned to be making a 2018 car powered by hydrogen for the great race and Peugeot is thinking about the race as well.
