I have 5 lbs of fat to lose. That's about 3% of my body weight, and losing it would bring me to about 8%. I can do pretty much any workout under 1.5 hours, and I work out every day. I usually run 1-3 miles and then lift for 45 mins, OR Do Crossfit and run a little bit and lift a little more. Today I did: 10xPullups 10xBench @ 135 10 Squat @ 185 ten times in 25 mins, so that's about my fitness level. Go.
