is it ok to work out with no liquids or food til 6 30 at night?
depends how you define "ok". It's not going to kill you, if that's what you're asking.
i too have this problem. it is very difficult to work out while fasting, especially with no water. even after i eat and drink its still bery hard. depending on how late you go to sleep drink a ton of water too keep in your body. if you wake up at 4:30 ish to eat then just drink a ton of water, that should hold you over for the day and you should be able to work out too.
im gonna try that... i tried to explain to my weight lifting coach that its gonna be hard for me to lift without water/food

wake up pre dawn and get as much liquid in ya as possible
drink a shitload of extra water as soon as you can.....maybe some pedialyte
Your body can store enough glycogen to sustain the body for 24 hrs, then mobilization of fatty acids and ketone synthesis will occur. Basically you can do it without causing any damage to the body however you really need to intake a large amount of calories when you can.
that stuff is great after cutting hard to make weight so it should also be beneficial due to the replacment of stuff you loose when you cant drink
