Currently got my external partitioned as Mac OS Extended Journaled. I sometimes want to hook up the drive to my 360 or other Win7 machine but can't cause it doesn't recognize the drive. Am I better off just going with FAT32? What was the limitation of FAT32 again.. 4GB files?

Bay Area
FAT32 - native read/write in both Win/OSX, limit 4gig files
NTFS - native read/write in Windows, native read in OSX, install NTFS-3G for native write
HFS+ - native read/write in OSX, need MacDrive or equivelent for Windows
