I started slowly caring about the foods I ate and exercising last December at 260lbs. When I started getting serious in Late April I was at 248lbs. Diet currently consists of 2000cals on non-lift days, 2100 cals on lift days. Protein 40% Carbs 40% Fat 20% Lifting routine is Pur's routine slightly modified. I dont do the walking lunges for legs. Weight: 182lbs Height: 5'10" Bf%: around 20 I'm still continuing to cut through the winter and hopefully by the spring i'll be ready to sit where I'm at.
