I am a college student and going to bed at a decent time is difficult. I have classes at 8:30 in the morning and usually don't leave cmapus till around 3:30 but am often so tired that i usually take a nap. After that I usually feel worthless after my naps for the rest of the night. What I am trying to say is I usually have no energy anymore for anything. Before college i would have a strict diet strict ruitine(sp?) and would always have energy but now it just seems I can never get any energy. I tried caffeine and ephedrine and those don't seem to keep me awake. Any ideas to what I can do? Eating wise? cardio wise? Something that will get my body back into the usuall 8:30am to 1am days that I usually had.
