everyone's got their own, im just curious. i'm into odyssey bars, but they're expensive.
not necessarily for "efficiency" i know theyre not everything. just for preference.
i don't like any of them
take chicken, cut to rectagle boxes = favorite protein bar
so you dont ever feel like something sweet? besides chicken squares dipped in splenda and leucine powder
not a bar, but i've been eating chocolate chip protein cookies from anabolic innovations
i think they were giving out samples at VW. holy crap those are good.
I got some detour bars from costco for fucking cheap and only eat them when I don't have anything else. They're fine.
i heard about some personal creations, dont sound too bad + cheaper.
i usually just drink a few litres of milk if I'm that desperate.

I must find these..
I keep bars around just in case I forgot to bring a shake to work or I need something fast while on the road.. I just sample whatever looks OK (nutritional facts)
sorry, thought u were trying to be a dick i know there's always a good protein source, but sometimes its nice to enjoy it.
I like detour bars, fwiw. Decently yummy.
Zone are pretty good..
I made a batch with 1/2 a container natty PB, 3 cups shredded oats, 4 scoops choc whey poweder, and some milk. Spread it in a pan and back at 350ish for ~10-14 minutes. Cut it up, wrap in aluminum foil, and refrigerate. ballpark nutritional info for the whole batch is ~4k cals, ~300g's protein, tons of good fats and fiber. Taste is decent, but nothing to write home about.
i'd like to try the homemade bars. also, the cookies and pancakes
