I guess I could post this in the Fitday thread, but I'd like a critique from you guys. I'm up to about 145-150lbs now with no noticable fat, trying to down more food. I usually can't eat a whole lot at once, so I try to eat small stuff often. Im getting way more protein than I thought, usually I'll have one shake when I wake up too, instead of where the sandwich is. I know I could use some fat, but is this too much? I usually throw down some cupcakes or snack bars too. Woke up at 5pm 2 Scrambled eggs w/cheese 6pm Peanut butter & jelly sandwich white bread 10pm 1 Chicken breast/Fried po-tat-oes/vegetable 12am Went to Work 1am 1 cup cottage cheese/apple 2am Tuna Snack pack thing 4 am Red Baron 1/2 size pizza 7 am Yogurt & Slim fast drink 8 am 45min. workout - Went home 9 am 1 Scoop whey/10 oz milk/frozen fruit/ice cream Vitamin/2 flax seed oil pills Went to bed Calories Source Grams Cals %Total Fat 115 1039 35 Carbs 271 1009 34 Protein 220 882 30 Total 3012 Anything I can improve or change?
