My shame laid bare. More than 144 f'ing days
Even if I conservatively estimate a total of 3 or 4 days total for afk (for beating queues and just random times I didn't log off), that's still 140 days of play time.

between all of my toons I had over 750days of playtime in WoW and that wasn't even in the top 10 of my guild mates when I quit playing hardcore back in 2017.

Raid leader had over 1300 days played.

But let's be honest how much of that is afk time

For me very little of it was AFK time other than when I was camping mount/pet spawns.

I didn't like to AFK all that much, if I could be AFK then I could be on my gathering toon and farming pot/elixer mats.

I had the herb market almost completely cornered in my server from BC to WoD. Fucking garrisons ruined that though.

How long did you play WoW? I tried it last year and didn't really enjoy it.

Edit: I should say, I played WoW way back with OT crew, way back in the 2000's for like a year. Tried it again in 2020.

I log in early so I don't have to wait 3 hours. then just jump every 25 minutes

How long did you play WoW? I tried it last year and didn't really enjoy it.

on and off from 04-17. I think the longest time I quit before my guild broke up in 2017 was when I left after AQ40 in Vanilla and came back for Black Temple in BC.

I'd be lying if I said I didn't do that most of last week, but thankfully when I log on (~430PM EST) it's only 300ish in queue now for my datacenter

If I log in at around 1pm PST theres about 50 people in the queue. I will play in a few hours, but if I try at 4pm its a queue of around 4000. So a few hours of AFK.

Don't hate the player hate the game. Or something.

So I got to basically the end of the EW MSQ, and then decided to start it on my other character.

So now I'm back at the level 82 MSQ

Can skip cutscenes, but it will take a few days to catch up.

Two reasons really, more weekly lockouts for gear which lets me diversify jobs between them.

Different aesthetic (ones a male the other a female)

Finally, I'm so used to alts that I just am used to it these days
