how does F&N get their daily amount?
beans, broccoli, generic metamucil
Oatmeal, flax seed, beans.
oat meal fruits vegetables peanut butter
fruits, oatmeal, vegetables and metamucil.
brewers yeast in yogurt, fiber flake cereal, apples, spinach salads, prunes
Good High fiber-protein cheese cake btw:
Pumpernickel bread made with brown sugar
melt some low - no fat cream cheese on top of it in microwave for 2 min
mix in while hot 1 scoop of whey and add in 100g of diced prunes
let cool in fridge
about 40g protein, 40g carbs 15g fiber 3g fat
add in almonds - almond butter if you wish
kashi cereal and ground up oats in my shake
I throw metamucil in my ON vanilla whey shakes. Makes it taste like those orange creamsicles, pretty fawking delicious.
Or mix granola with my yogurt
Or eat a side of oatmeal with my baked/poached chicken instead of brown rice
kashi go lean crunch and a fiber one bar for breakfast. broc afternoon/evening, other small things during the day like nuts, other carbs that have small amts of fiber.
i was taking some generic vitamin and i think it stopped me up
wtf was up with OT being down
i thought it would be a good idea to have 4 teaspoons of metamucil this morning since the first hour of work is pretty lax and I can just sit around chugging water.... it was probably a stupid idea. I'll find out tomorrow
