so all summer ive been posting here reading the archives and slowly just eating right getting a good diet going. and getting back into some sort of shape back when i was playing soccer (so cardio and just getting in shape) But now since school is going to start i want to do a turnaround from a skinny kid to a bb'er. im stuck on a routine though. ive seen the billstar routine and ive seen christophers. ive also seen a routine that from wannabebig.com that someone posted the forum i checked it out. didnt like it because it seemed on a more serious not then F&N (F&N > *) but i did see a routine that i kinda liked. so can someone please tell me, if this routine is a good starting base. would this routine be a good starting base? if not anyone generous enough to help fix it? or giving good advice on what to take out and what to fix. Or should i just go for christophers routine.. Stats: weight : 135 (holy SHIT LIGHW8iGHT) heigh : 5'6-5'7 Diet: Mostly Chicken, with meals of seafood, lamb, occasional goat. No beef/pork. Eat 3x a day. Try to get proper campus meals (no fastfood) Subway is a yes. i have 3 smaller snacks a day too, whether it be a lean cuisine meal some pudding oatmeal salad. starting sept 7, rest of this month leading up is just getting everything finalized starting pictures.
