Fractured my scaphoid, lunate and trapazoid, as well as tore tendons in my wrist in August. Weighed around 210 at the time. Had a cast and all and started squatting and running as my sole workout routine as its all I could do. I dropped to 179 at my lowest in November. I am now back to 205 with 75% strength back and able to play sports. After my rugby practice on Saturday I had this pic snapped of me. It was super hot in my condo and I had just run for 2 hours so I am a little flat, but I am happy with my progress. After rugby and football (starts next month) end in the summer I am going to do my best to get back to 215 for next season!
