From 140 to 164 in a month and half.
can't see much of a difference. I looked a lot different when I gained that much, and the pics showed it.
let me change my first 2 pictures because it doesn't show how skinny I was. The newest pictures is a week after.
Belly is growing!
Don't see much either? Eat more? Lift heavier?
gaining 4lbs a week is ultra-impressive. Gaining that much every week might actually start to freak me out at some point
you gained mostly fat
revamp your diet ASAP
check diet asap and i hope you stopped the 5 set rule but i think you did
I'm only gaining 2lbs a week
I thought Weight X 5 X 5 was a good routine?
2lbs a week is a lot
you're gaining MAX 0.5 lb of muscle and like 1.5 lbs of FAT in those weeks
revamp your diet, you should be patient and look forward to gaining pounds over a longer time, not 2 lbs per week
to make lasting gains that aren't mostly fat, you should expect to see 1-2 lbs per 2/3 weeks if you're eating huge and well
otherwise, since you're obviously eating a lot of junk, you'll be getting your 2 lbs, but you're gonna be a fat ass before you know it
my diet is pretty clean. I eat mostly the food that I see popping up in every 'Whats your Diet' thread.
Can I barrow 10 pounds?
Well yeah I understand its a long time thing. But measuring a long time goal periodically is done through monitoring weight weekly.
Besides, I thought the whole point of bulking was to eat a lot to gain mass, and lift heavy to gain muscle. I read that about 2342 times a day on here
Yeah but you have to know your limits
eating alot != eating 10 mcfatty burgers a day and expecting to be jacked
eating alot = eating a large amount of clean protein coupled with a huge amount of clean and some dirty carbs/fats
bulking != eating mcdonalds 3 times a day
the only fat I see are around my belly, which shouldn't be a problem once I cut.
well I go with what everyone said and eat 6 meals/day consistently and train hard at the gym.
I haven't touch fast food for about 5 months now and don't drink soda. Most of my meals consist of rice and protein-rich food with it. Also 3 shakes a day.
bulk doesn't necessarily mean a humungous intake of fat along with protein and huge carbs...
there are better sources of bulking foods
honestly, if you're making gains in the gym and are content with your body and know when it's time to cut or add cardio, i wouldn't change anything. get huge, every persons body doesn't work the same
Only eaten fast food once in the past 2 weeks. And it was a spicy chicken sandwich and a chili from Wendys
If you cut out gaining any fat, and gain that 0.5lbs of muscle a week it will take forever to get anywhere...
I always read you Bulk, then Cut down...isn't gaining some fat per week part of this process?
