Here are the majority of changes I've made:

I've had this car for 15 years, it's seen a lot of iterations. Currently the drivetrain is:

Stroked 408
GT40 heads
Edelbrock RPM Airgap aluminum intake
Holley 770CFM double pumper carb
C4 transmission (want to put a t5 in before the year ends)
8.8" rear end from an 88 turbocoupe, with limited slip diff, 3.55 gears

Dash is from JME Enterprises
Front disc brakes from a 77 granada
power brake booster from a ford falcon
electric fan
electric fuel pump
aluminum water pump
4 core radiator

You see the Maier Racing parts, I also have their subframe connectors and X-Brace, which will go on when I can get to a muffler shop... speaking of mufflers:

flowmaster 40s, 2.75", dumps right before the rearend (big mistake, never again), hooker 1.75" long tube ceramic coated headers

You left the leaf springs in, bro

I actually did a LOT of research into swapping them out for IRS or coil over, but in the end for my purposes I felt leafs were the best bet. I'm not doing road racing, mostly it's drag and city driving. Plus, when things break I will have ample parts available and won't have to beg TCP every time I need a bushing or something. Mike Maier races his 66 regularly and wins with this setup, against full TCP kits and manufacturer sponsored cars.

Lastly, if it's good enough for Chip Foose, it's good enough for me: http://www.maierracing.com/overhaulin.html

But believe me, I did piles of research before I decided on the leafs.

Do you have oil dampers for the leaf springs or are they just friction-damped from the leaves rubbing against each other as they flex?

EDIT: Disregard; it helps to look at the pictures.
