i switched back
i use it occasionally but safari + inquisitor is still better, safari 4 has been nice so far
i love the way firefox offers to remember passwords as it loads the next page so you know if it is right or wrong
Tried it...dunno, I still like Camino
can't wait to try it out. I use 2.0 instead of safari. I'm just used to the addons.
Using FF3 myself. Some of the add-ons I really like aren't being updated any more and I don't care for the alt-version of them. So I just opened the install.rdf file and changed the maxversion to 3.* and they still work just as well as before.
I still don't like Safari. All (well some) of the security of FF but none of the add ons.
Been using it but it seems buggy and I keep switching back to Safari. Both have issues for me
FF3 on Leopard seems rock solid. Same for linux. It's crashed about a half dozen times on XP in 2 days. I can live without addons for now.
Dude FFX is fucking sexual on my mbp... I suggest everyone dload it.
damnit no fucking unlinker!!!!!!!
ifl on work laptop.
it works fine for me...with one major exception. they still have not fixed the fact that i cannot tab to a drop down box that it part of a form
ex: i always have to click on the drop down box for the state and select ohio.
this is annoying because the windows version allows for this
That always drives me nuts as well...
you have to change something around in "about:config" - just search around you'll find the exact details.
Hmm Ive been trying it all day but still having problems. It crashes at least a couple times an hour, sometimes every couple minutes. When it is not crashing I cannot click on any link or bookmark. It just sits at the page it is on until I shutdown program and reopen.
I've been using it a bit and it's nice but things don't look as nice as they do in safari
It is faster though, and unlike some people I've found the new location bar to be useful.
Also, how do you get safari 4
Just downloaded and installed FF3. Seems like a nice browser, but some of my add-ons, as well as Java support for a work related web app don't work. I'm running FF2 alongside FF3. May have to wait for these issues to be resolved to completely ditch FF2.
I think I might have to also.
It crashes often
