Which do you use and why?
edit: but im trying camino now, since ive never heard of it until this thread. I like it, but i dont know what it does better than safari.
FF. Camino is still lacking a bit.
As far as I know, the current version of Safari doesn't do tabbed browsing (but I heard the version in 10.4 will)...that's the biggest killer for me.
Camino is basically firefox w/ more of the mac widget set and feel to it. I've used it this afternoon and it's still too buggy for prime time use...
lol yeah it does player, just go to safari/prefs, its the 3rd tab in the middle.
in fact i have 4 tabs open in it right now!
firefox all day~
I feel stupid.
camino. because if i press the applekey+click it opens the window behind and applekey+` switches windows. silly reason but allows my right hand free for "other stuff"
Apple + Click to open in new tab behind current tab
Apple + Shift + right arrow or left arrow to move through the tabs
i use safari, never heard of camino
I've been using the G4 optimized version of Firefox for awhile, but I have had it lock up on me quite a few times in the past couple of weeks, so I have gone back to Safari. I haven't really had the time or patience to investigate why I was having so much trouble with FF before.
I have used Camino in the past before, but was not a fan. Seemed slower to me than FF and Safari. But that was quite some time ago. They've since released some new versions and that may no longer be the case.
