was watching a show Horizons on BBC yesteryday .... pre warning.. genetics isnt an excuse for some extra hard work and dedication!! they had a study where they had normal skinny people eat an excess of what they can for 4 weeks. They obviously gained... AFTER the four weeks returning to their normal diet, no extra exercise, about 2-4 weeks they most of what they gained. Basically everyone has a preset weight that your body wants to stay at (thanks to fat cell count)... so when your dieting and trying to stay lean than you where always...you will always be in a state of hunger. (what i experience... say growing up at 16% and now trying to stay 9-12% bf). your body can raise metabolic rate if eating excess in some people, or some people will fidget etc. One of the patients didnt gain to much BF% because some how he gained muscle. Another study found that if a mother was older or heavy, diabetic, the child would most likely inherit. Also being a fatty when being young doesnt help, thanks to all those hormones contributing to growth. Another study also showed that you have a preset amount of fat cells... that balloon up as you eat fat, but when they reach a certain size, your brain is ordered to create more. These new fat cells you will never lose So other than lipo to remove them permanently, what other drugs or methods do you know that reduce fat cell count? Now im jealous of cultures of people who are starving and what not, when going on a natural bodybuilding program they make the best gains..
