so for a month i took off working out, and quit eating good. due to school and personal stuff. so today was first day back. my flat dipped from 265 to 225. i used to do 265 2 times i did 225 once. shit. but im back so yeah. my abs slowly faded but are very noticable. obviously muscles not as firm as before but thanks to muscle memory itll be back. on avg how long until you regain old stats? with the same routine and diet as you had before you stopped?
