I spent a few years training kickboxing/pankration when I was younger... I broke my wrist and never went back to it. Over the weekend I dropped by a local fitness club a friend of mine invited me too for a Jujitsu class. It was being tought by Tom Montes who trains at Universal MMA with Denis Kang... The guy was a great teacher and ran a good class. Anyway, not only did I forget how much effort and cardio is needed to roll, but I have been so sore since Saturday I could barely sleep. Looking forward to getting back into training, just not sure where I am going to train and if I want to just stick with JJ or go back to kickboxing as well.
