I just bought my camera on Saturday. Any thoughts on these would be appreciated.
the 1st seems way over saturated.
#5 is my fav out of the bunch.. but I don't care for the selective coloring. I'd like to see it either 100% color or B&W.
#1 good but cropping is bleh
#2 is good
#3 good but cropping is bleh
#4 not interesting at all.
#5 I like the selective coloring but it needs to be straitened and its not very interesting.
#6 I like the subject but the technique is bleh.
Looks like you got camera shake and over saturation.
Thanks. Yeah, I wasn't so keen on cropping, but I didn't know what else to do. I just learned how to use photoshop yesterday (seriously) and thought I'd try messing around with stuff. I guess selective coloring = bad in many cases. I need to work on my composition more as well. Any more tips?
you are in savannah?
how does one do the selective coloring?
make a mask in photoshop, desaturate the rest.
Slowest Servur Evar!
I like #4 the best plain and simple.
Im acutally in Milledgeville for School. Im from the Atlanta area and was in Savannah on a trip when I first got to use my camera. Good eye though.
but it isn't sharp.
who says a good picture has to be sharp?
