60lb each hand for 10...feels good man
more impressive would be 10 in each hand for 60
This definitely warranted a thread
that's like amazing, man.
Ever think about entering the worlds strongest man?
lol. Better fucking have something important to say, if your going to say it in F&N I guess.
i didnt make the thread to fucking brag
then stop being so damn cocky
what is a DB shoulder press?
100lb would be thread worthy.
I think buying a sub would take care of this problem.
It's not a bad start at all.
Post back when you hit 80's for 10
Pressing strength usually increases pretty quickly if you do it consistently.
thanks for a serious reply. i will...i just wanted to know how that was for someone who hadnt done db shoulders
Depends on your size and how long you've been working out.
no 120's no care
My GF does 35's
I do 35s
i know there's alot of debate of whether to go to shoulder or 90 degrees.. which do you guys do?
i did 90 degrees for a long time.. then went down to shoulders for 1 or 2 workouts and got a click both times. i know a click isn't a big deal but it still alarmed me.
I do full ROM on everything unless I'm doing a deload week or something.
seems like you're not going to hit shoulders much by going to 90
I go just past 90 degrees on heavies. Warm ups 60-80's I touch a few on the top of the shoulders.
But I feel just past 90 degrees is working the shoulders enough for me.
If she can get more than 6 then thats a yoked bitch.
