my whole life i've been a stick. super computer nerd body status, so this year before i go off to college, i thought i'd try to get in shape. so far i've been working out for about one-two months at the gym in my little housing community (it's free ) went from doing 20 pounds for dumble press to 50 pounds. for most of you 50 lb is nothing but i feel its a substantial amount for myself. any tips/pointers? i've been doing curls, dumbell presses (decline/incline), decline situps, shrugs, pulldown (on machine) and tri workout where you put the dumbell behind your head. anything else? looking to get more chest / abs. probably need to lose some body fat to get abs though don't have a before picture but imagine a really really really skinny teenager.
