Was going to try to set up a HST routine but needless to say trying to figure out 15 rep maxes when I haven't lifted in a long ass time whooped my ass. After squats I blacked out, got really weak, and couldn't finish testing. It was pretty dumb. It was nice to get back into the gym though (although there were like a million spring break kids). I'm probably going to forget the hst and head into either christophers routine or max-ot.
