Jumped right onto the elliptical for about 15 minutes andf felt like i wanted to die. So i ramped down a bit on the bike for 30 minutes, then back onto the elliptical (which was much easier that time around) Then walked/jogged for a few miles. By the end of it all i felt great. Long way to go tho, i could lose a good 60 pounds. My main weight is carried in my stomach, torso area, legs are fine( aside from lacking muscle) as are my arms(same). Any particular exercises that will really knock it out for me in that area?
