Is consuming Fish Oil capsules a good supplement for bulking? ANd what amount should i take? I see some people on here take 10x to 20x the daily recommended amount. I am currently taking 3 capsules a day which is 3x the recommended amount on the packaging. I am 6'1 165lbs. And what other healthy fat/oil supplements can i take? What about flax seed oil? How does that compare to fish oil?
