Decided I need to start getting serious about trying to eat healthier and need to start tracking everything I eat so I can start trying to analyze it. So, what do you bros use? Quick search looked like most people preferred Fitday, but I wanted to know if anyone had used both and which one was easier (to add food, keep track of what you have entered, etc.) and more informative (breaking it all down into all the necessary groups, protein, cals, etc.)? So what's good?
