Just finished ordering everything for the home gym. Kettlebell set, air rower, bench, and a few other odds and ends. Gonna finish the drywall and paint it this weekend hopefully. Couldn't find a live stock floor scale at a decent price, so bought a crane scale to hang off my overhead lift to weigh myself. Ordered a bunch of supps to get started. Joint supp mix, fish oil, multivitamin, cee, caffeine tabs, test, mast, anavar, glp-1, and some t3. Joking on the last 5, lol. Gonna talk to my pcp about getting on test again though. Was on it 12 years ago and just stopped following up with my urologist about it. My levels were in the low 200's back then, can only imagine where they are at now after 12 years of neglect with not working out and being consumed with stress from work. Meal plan is laid out. Gonna go thru the whole kitchen and get rid of everything that isn't in my diet plan or can't be used diet wise. Groceries will be bought every week based off weekly caloric and macro needs. Hopefully I can continue to stay hyperfixated on this long enough to keep the motivation going, gotta love adhd. Gonna move the shop stereo into the gym area this weekend too.

@Fanya no need for a sad face. I'm ok with the chair and joke about it willingly in the crudest way possible, lol. My buddies at the gym I use to work at nick named me "Head and Shoulders" because that's the only thing they ever saw me work out. Had a manager at the same gym that use to joke about me never running on the treadmill. So one day, got together with a few buddies there, brought in a portable ramp, and right before the mangers shift started, I drove up the ramp on to the treadmill in my powerchair and proceeded to set it at 4mph. The manager didn't know what to say and we all just started laughing. I use to do curls in the squat rack between my buddies sets just to screw with them. I also took fitness walking in college as a joke. If I ever make a pun or joke, it's meant to be laughed at or to make somebody uncomfortable at their expense and my pleasure. lol

My 12 yo placed 3rd in the 19 and under bracket in a 5k last Oct. It's a tough bracket for the younger kids, but only the second year for this particular race, so not a lot of competition. He was so proud, though! We have the mug he won on a shelf in our dining room.
