Garmin doesn't do well with reps for me. But I use it to keep tract of my sets and what I'm doing next.Last 7 days:
4 runs, 12 miles
2 other activities- these are my 50 minute kettlebell workouts
Floors: this setting on my Garmin gets Fd up when I run.
Sleep : 7 h 1 m avg
Steps 8189 avg.
I don't put any time weightlifting time in my Garmin, but I did a couple days with just my dumbbells at home to supplement the shorter running days
