Probably the most subtle brag post I’ve ever seen lmao.
Well I don't have hundreds of pairs underwear, not that anyone would want mine. But I was kinda hoping to get others to post what they done this week. Anyone else use something like garmin to track their stats?

I haven’t had time for 6 weight training sessions a week since college lmao.

2 lengthy full body weight sessions and one cardio is really all I’m able to squeeze in. Down 7.2lbs so far from diet mostly though.

I've been squeezing in my walks on my lunch, and then an half hour or so of weights as soon as I get home before dinner. Nothing fancy adjustable dumbbells and a bench.

Last 7 days:
4 runs, 12 miles
2 other activities- these are my 50 minute kettlebell workouts
Floors: this setting on my Garmin gets Fd up when I run.
Sleep : 7 h 1 m avg
Steps 8189 avg.

I don't put any time weightlifting time in my Garmin, but I did a couple days with just my dumbbells at home to supplement the shorter running days

Garmin doesn't do well with reps for me. But I use it to keep tract of my sets and what I'm doing next.

Floors don't work well for me either.

Which garmin are you using. I have the vivofit 4. But was thinking of switching to the instinct 2.

It's an old one, but it still mostly works fine. I messed up the GPS wearing it In a hottub.
