Eating properly for yourself is a never-ending journey IMO. Things I thought affected me do not, things I did not think affected me do.

The most important thing I stopped doing was eating 3-4 hours before bed. It made such a big impact on my stomach issues.
Yep I'm the same, when I don't eat between 7pm and 10am I feel the best.

Averaging about 1200 calories a day with 50gr of carb per day, not subtracting dietary fiber. Hopefully can cut the carbs down over the next few weeks. Splurged a little the first 2 days with too much peanut butter and cashews. Body/Mind is finally leveling out with cravings/hunger. Body temp is running warmer overall, especially at night. Tits and gut are already slimming down some too. Working on the gym some more today and hopefully get it functional.

Even as a female, 1200 is staving yourself IMO

I've done about 26 miles worth of hiking in the past week (lots of snow hiking). It's a fun way to get exercise! As long as you have the right gear that is (most people who hate hiking in the cold just need some good comfortable base layers!)

I prefer this to summer hiking. No bugs, very few people blasting by on mountain bikes and such, easier to maintain a comfortable temperature rather than being hot and muggy af, etc.

As a female, it's not if you're very careful where the calories are coming from. It's doable, but not fun. Lots of veggies, and some meat.

I was down a total of 4 pounds as of Wednesday, but up 1.6 from that low as of yesterday. Ugh. Still proceeding through my running program, which consisted of goal pace repeats last night. Did a total of 5k last night, I was beat and had a slower time than I was doing regularly last fall. I have until the beginning of May to improve my time, so I'll keep with this program for a while yet.
However, disappointed with the weight-loss aspect of it. I had penciled in 1 lb/week losses as goals on my calendar, and it looks like I will miss the next milestone. Ugh. Speaking of the 1200 calorie/day. I may need to go back to that.

What’s your resting metabolic rate?

Mostly sedentary and older? Are you just doing cardio or are you also incorporating any weight training?
Work from home days tend to be more sedentary, and I'm 50. Some weight training, but not a lot right now.

I'm paralyzed from the nipple line down pretty much. Literally sit around being lazy all day physically, lol. I've had a few co2 emissions test done in a metabolic lab awhile back and sit at about 1600-1700 calories to maintain my weight when I was at 220lbs or so. Went from 347lbs to 205 from 2007 to 2009, started working in 2011 and went back up to 351lbs as of last Sunday. Just shitty choices and not finding enough time to meal prep/workout/etc. When you only get 12 hours in a powerchair a day to get everything done, you re-prioritize your day constantly, depending on what is going on. Let alone everyday things that take you 2-3 times longer to do or unexpected hiccups in daily tasks. Unfortunately I chose to sacrifice my time towards keeping a healthy lifestyle at the time. Not making excuses by any means because I know exactly how I got back here. Just need to find a balance and maintain it.

Down 1 lb this morning. Back on track--just need 0.2 more by tomorrow, and I'll hit my milestone.
I didn't exercise yesterday and ate ribs/mashed potatoes for dinner. That must be the key. 😅

I'm running a local fitness challenge as well as this one.

In one week lost my 5 pounds of water weight. Looking good as a start

That is a good start. I'm in one at work also. The one I did at work last year was great as I had someone to really compete with and we would push each other. Sadly he isn't working there anymore.

My weekly check in. Had to travel overnight for work which really threw me off. Add in all the bullshit going on there I've had a hard time getting motivated. Hopefully I can find some motivation this week as after this week I have a bunch of overtime events I signed up for at work and then traveling for my sons surgery.
