Not sure if anyone else has a Peloton but even without it, the Peloton workout app is very good. Been adding a bunch of weight and yoga classes.

I did F45 for a long time and this is definitely a comparable experience but far more convenient at home
I haven't tried that one yet, will have to give a shot. Thanks.

First 5K in under 40 mins in a LONG time (39:40). Yeah I'm still slow as snail shit, and a decade ago I was in the 20s, but it feels good to finally be able to haul this mass of fat at sub-40 5K.

Did a 15 mile ride yesterday and a 20 mile ride the day before that. Currently trying to average burning 1200 cals/day for this week (averaging a little over 1,000/day for the last 3 weeks). I'm on a roll! Now give me some butter...

Just got up to resume at 4am

LFG, gonna jump into this contest from a 13% 220 skinny and sloppy to 245 peeled in 4 weeks and win. Thoughts? Anyone mad?
I thought your a judge lol.

I would be a little mad to find out the winner ran sarms or trt tbh. It’s not like usada is testing this contest so w/e and their return on investment isn’t there.

Down 15lbs and some change so far. Crohns flare up over the weekend from accidentally getting some artificial sweeteners in a new vape juice, didn't eat for 2 days and had to run a 5 day course of predisone. Gym still isn't up but got some help coming in Saturday. Diets been solid. Getting 1200+/- calories, 50g of carbs, 60g of fat, and 90g of protein daily with two meals between 2pm and 8pm each day, nothing before or after. Haven't had to add an appetite suppressant in yet by drinking my tea blend thru the day and between meals. Still have weird craving to gorge myself on certain foods when my mental health takes a lick, but a spoon or two of peanut butter has helped some.

Meals have been pretty fire though surprisingly. 12-15 years ago, it was just straight up veggies and meats, with everything being pan seared with basic seasonings. This time, got an extra 12-15 years of cooking and food knowledge, along with having actual money versus a struggling college student, lol. Technique and knowing what spices to use made a huge difference in making satisfying meals, both flavor wise and portion wise. Sisters and other fam can't believe the meals are diet food. It's a little pricey budget wise at about $100 a week right now but I'm ok with the investment. Best meals have been chicken pad thai, asian riced cauliflower and canned tuna, and crispy skin salmon with green beans. If you all wanna swap recipes, I'm game. Can give macro breakdowns on them too.

I too have a strategy of only working out for 4 weeks.

I don't know if talking a shot to the back of the throat is worth the 1/4g of protien, but if that's your thing, I won't kink shame anyone for it. Now doing that for an 8 ball might just peak my interest to oblige.
