good way to motivate new clients
There was this doctor in Austin that wanted to show people how easy it was to quit smoking, so he started smoking and now he can't quit.
I let myself go for 13 years. LULZ.
worst bulk in the world
no shit, that was the most unattractive 265 pounds ive ever seen on a tall guy
smoking is very addictive...
The trainer didn't have much lean mass to begin with. He's gonna need to spend lot of time burning calories.
6'2 @ 176lbs...that man really went all out lol
but we can quit cold turkey over and over?
So far I've quit "cold turkey" twice. The first time I lasted about 3 months and this time I'm 6 weeks into it. It sucks and the cravings never really stop.
Remembering back the hardest part was having friends around that smoked..esp. at bars/lounges/clubs.
I haven't smoked in 5 yrs since I've started working out.
Damn, do you still get cravings?
Not at all. Hate the smell now actually.
There's a smoking station right by the front door of my office. *barf*
It's definitely easier when not around other smokers but I still get occasional cravings.
It'll go away eventually.
crackity quit about 2 years ago and says he still gets cravings.
Nice dangly nipple ring.
Yeah that would suck if craved now after 5 yrs have passed.
I'd rather an Entenmann's than a cigarette in a heartbeat.
peanut butter is helping me quit
sad but true
Dayum!! What an idiot!!
