    I've been thinking about getting serious about working out, as it is obviously good for you. I'm most interested in boosting my energy levels and testosterone and overall feeling better. I have a little bit of a gut that I'd like to tighten up. I've thought about getting a gym membership to this 24 hour gym right by my work since I work until midnight, but I have no idea where to start.

    OT, plz help. Where do I begin? :hsd:
