Here the dea. I've been following the same routine for more or less three years. Now, i have been varying up the exercises, but typically i do a body part each day (plus some cardio), then usually take a day or two off. For examples: monday - bis/tris/forearms tue-chest wed-legs thurs-back fri-shoulders sat/sun - abs, cardio, etc. I want a completely brand new workout. Which could be a full-body workout 3-4 times a week, or something else. I also need to start eating right, and i need some advice on that too. My limitations are... 1. my only time window for gym is 6-730am m-f, because of work, school, etc. That's including cardio and weightlifting, if I do it every day 2. I only have so much time to prepare food.So in terms of eating, i need a food "schedule" where i can by most of the stuff premade in a supermarket. I have limited time for cooking/preparation. My ultimate goal is to go down from 185 to 165 and maybe gain another 5 -10 lbs of muscle.
