I've read that if you're lifting, you need between 1.0-1.5 grams of protein per pound of your weight. My routine is mostly high impact cardio and I do weight training 2-3 x's a week. Are the daily protein requirement's the same for a routine that's mostly cardio? Also, can you guys recommend a good whey protein shake mix and protein bar? I'm using EAS Whey Protein + Met-Rx protein bars (27g protein/bar), but I'd like to know if there's better ones out there.
