    Where vulnerable open-mindedness prevails
    Recently, I have been hitting my legs hard, on leg days. Now I am having trouble stretching. I can normally palm the ground behind my heels; but now, it's a bit more painful for me to palm the ground in front of my toes. (The pain is behind the knee.)

    I have been:
    - Squating
    - Doing leg curls
    - Doing leg extentions
    - Doing Caf raises

    Is this tauntness due to my increased attention given to my legs than before?
