Floor presses as a main tricep movement?

    What do you think of using the floor press as your main tricep exercise, assuming you do a bodypart split?

    close grip 3brd would probably be better and you don't have to get down on the floor...

    You can just stick them under your shirt, I used to do it all the time.

    I still feel close grips provide alot more direct tricep work.

    I don't know if anybody else has tried it, but reverse grip bench fucking killed my tris.

    I like standing tricep extensions with an easy curl bar. :big grin:

    eh, too much strain on the elbows. as good as they hit the tri's, it's not worth it to me :hs:

    weighted dips :)

    kick backs with plates, variable grip (forearm and grip work as well)
