Hey guys, Well for the last two months I have been eating better and got back into lifting weights. I have been lifting since I was a sophmore in hs. But when I started college I slowly got away from eating right and lifting. Over the last two years prior to the two months when I started lifting and eating right I was eating fast food everyday, and not working out. But I'm two months into it and feel much better. This forum has been great in helping in eating and lifting. BUt anyways to my question. My sister's doctor told her she needs more fiber. Since I started eating better, she asked me what foods have good/high amounts of fiber. I told her oatmeal, beans, and whole wheat bread. She doesn't like oatmeal or beans. What other foods have fiber guys??
