How much Olive oil do you guys use?
steel cut oatmeal vs regular oatmeal
what do you think
regular cause steel cut takes like a half hour to cook
This might be a stupid question but are the oz pre cooked or cooked ?? Thanks.
I measure food cooked.
Thanks im following the diet closer each week, I just need to learn to eat green beans.
Eat that fiber my nigga
Anyone have a fitday summary of the diet posted in the OP? I think it would be a good idea to include a fitday screenshot of the OP diet macro breakdown. Thanks.
It's somewhere between pages 20-40.
gonna do this routine for a while I think. The first time I tried it I was trying to go super heavy on everything like a dolt... This time around I'll do it right and focus on solid form and not just moving weight. Only change I'll make to the entire routine is adding in deads on back day, but I'm thinking I'll probably stick to RDLs most of the time anyway so I can keep it higher rep. Also I'm gonna put a day of rest between back and shoulders/arms to let my traps recover.
just got done with chest feels good man
Starting this next week with a log and pictures. No more BJJ for me other than Saturdays, because of night school. So I need to get a regular routine back up and running. Will have to be in the AM due to work then school.
If I'm lifting in the morning, should I eat meal 1 before or after lifting? I would say after but I am not sure.
seriously? same macros and all that? i fucking hate tuna
leg extensions have been making my knees suck... is it alright if I did this:
lunges - 4 sets 10-15 reps per leg
squats - 4 sets 6-10
leg press - 3 sets
leg curl - 5 sets
BB hack squat - 3 sets
??? Same as Pur's only with lunges instead of extensions and hack squats at the end instead of lunges.
leg extensions make your knees hurt .. but lunges are fine?
push a lil less weight .. thats what I do .. and my knees are far from perfect ..
I'm already doing super low weight... the movement alone makes my knee click plain and simple sucks because my quads feel dope after leg ext's.
leg extensions = terrible for your knees
lunges = great for your knees
is it bad to do drop sets several weeks in a row on the same exercise?
I did it tonight for Incline BB and I feel like I could have done more, so I wanna try to go for more reps on the heavy weight next week before dropping the weight and burning out-- bad idea?
everything makes my knees hurt
leg extensions are far worse than squats and lunges
im following Timberwolf's advice in using extensions as just a warmup
idk about "great"
just less bad
leg extensions have never so much as made my knees uncomfortable
doing leg extensions first helped out a lot with getting my squat numbers to start going up again
