Going to give this a go next week. Looking forward to it. :noes:

Towards the beginning of the thread, someone had uploaded a spreadsheet for keeping a log. Anyone still have that? (I know it's been years since the thread started) Thanks.

    ya.

things might have changed, but the bottles used to have HFCS whereas the powdered stuff had maltodextrin as its main sugar

chocolate whey in red or orange gatorade is good. vanilla in orange is good. chocolate in blue/purple isn't bad.

I mix my PWO shake in 2 cups of milk with a tb of peanut butter and have a banana afterwards. Is this enough carbs or do I have to get gatorade?

Just started this routine this week!

I have always started chest workouts with bench press, felt so odd to be fatigued from the incline first, good change up :)

what are the benefits of doing arms seperately, rather than doing chest/tris and back/bis on the same day?

used to do back/bi and chest tris but just switched to this. can do more weight with arms now since they arent preexhausted. maybe help them grow faster i guess.
