I have PurEvl coming out to my 3rd wedding party tomorrow. It's going to be a mess of epic proportions. Unless I OD, go comatose or suffer cardiac arrest I’ll report back Monday.

I mix in 1 tbsp of coconut oil, a 1/4tbsp of garlic salt and a small diced garlic clove.

My broly dodgeball champ housemate says that HFCS helps absorbtion quicker thru the stomach lining because of it's chemical structure helps the protien along. Also, that you should be drinking a metric fuckton of water if you're eating 330g of prot.

Also, the Gatorade powder has Maltodextrin instead of HFCS as a sweetener, so I don't know if that helps protien absorbtion and stuff thru the stomach lining as well as high fructose.

Love this thread and the helpful posts. Im on day 3 of something VERY similar to this diet, and upped cardio (jogs in the AM before work), lift PM. Anyone have good luck with this who actually stayed dedicated? Im 5'7", 174 lbs at about 12%, looking to dip to 9 or 10 if possible. Hopefully by thanksgiving, but we will see what happens.

Any suggestions on a substitution for the behind the neck pulldown? My apartment gym's equipment won't work for that one.

Generally for this routine, if you're doing 4 sets, are you ramping up to one set of your heaviest weight? Or is it 4 sets of your heaviest weight? I've been doing Rippetoes routine and keep weight static so I dunno

If you're doing shoulders and arms together I'd recommend doing shoulders BEFORE triceps

Losing weight is about calories. If you aren't losing weight, eat less or do more cardio.

This is a good guideline for a lifting routine.
