i've been going to the gym for a month and a half or so. some of the other workouts i've been trying haven't really been giving me the results i wanted (although it's still really early) but i might give this a go.

This looks like a good workout to shake up my routine. Can't wait to try it.

will there be a problem if I skip Wednesday's rest day and move it to friday for this week only? I'll be leaving out of town that day and there will be no time to work out :o

Don't think one day of 1 week will fuck you up too bad...might feel more fatigued or ran down during back and shoulder/arms though

hmmmm, I don't want to compromise a workout, but then again, I don't want to skip one either. Maybe I'll buy a day pass at the gym back home.

I heard you should always workout the strongest/heaviest lifting parts first.

So if it were benching day with accessory work it'd be; bench -> cable row to sternum (assuming you bench more than you row) -> skullcrushers.
