Do you guys go heavy and low rep on one day and light -high rep on the other? Just curious
I do the same routine every day that i'm doing each excercise
Are you trying to bulk or are you going for some definition?
still bulkin up till mid january
Do a search for dual factor training for strength or hypertrophy and you'll find what I do. It mixes up your ME/DE training so you might be doing 3x12 reps on the bench then 5x5 on BB rows etc.
