Which goes first?
I would think squat?
I would think witch ever one is the hardest todo for you.
whichever one is ME
I always do squat first if I'm going with that set-up. Don't know if I ever really had a reason, it just felt better that way to me.
I always squat first... If I DL first I tend to fail a lot sooner on squat after.
But squatting first then DL'ing doesn't seem to affect my DL at all.
