I read the nutrition stickies and the one on eating right, and where it lists all foods that are good to eat. What I dont understand is people who say do 30/30/20 or whatever percentages. How do I know what percentage of what Im eating? Also, what defines a "small meal". That is what confuses me the most is what constitutes the small meal I guess. So it would be great if some of you guys could post some example of small meals you guys may eat. Thanks for the help.
