I recently discovered that form is by far the most important factor in the sport of body building\weight lifting. I learned this from a friend who used to be a break dancer, so when he lifts, his form is motherfuckaROBOTIC. He never gets injuries, he makes good gains despite his diet being shit. I tried concentrating on form recently and I found out it is 100x more effective, even with light weights. You don't need to lift heavy, or have a good diet, you just need to focus on FORM.
