shoulder blades back, elbows slightly in, wrists straight with the bar, back straight, inhale so chest puffs up making less distance to travel, feet flat on the ground. bar should come down between pecs and abs...
this is probably a better strength technique than a bodybuilding technique
the guy is basically recapping what Dave Tate explained in his EFS Bench Seminar DVD, but in a horrible way.

for most of the guys here a neutral spine when benching is the best.
Also, the guy sounds like hes the intellectual equivalent of a chimp.
yeah he has good technique but i can barely understand what the fuck he is saying in his explanation

good thing intelligence has a lot to do with bench press technique
and anyawy i dotn really agree with that style for raw benching. mostly how low hes touching. that is too low IMO
