Do ya'll have a preferred seasoned flour for chicken? or do you stick with basic ass flour and put your own seasoning in it?

i've tried countless brands and can't find anything that i like better than shore lunch classic chicken breading.

i always cut my wings into drums/flats and then season the fuck out of them for a few hours and let them sit in the fridge. :dunno:

i do the same seasoning method when grilling wings, but this is about deep fried only :o

I use flour & corn starch, then add my own seasonings. The wings come out crispy AF

Air fryer is amazing for wings. They get as crispy as fried and can season them like grilled. Wings shouldn’t be breaded.

NO

the air fryer has dozens of uses and i love mine....

but for cooking raw chicken wings, the air fryer ain't it fam. sorry

i like wings either grilled outside or breaded and deep fried, thats about it
