Im still a bit unclear as to what the effective difference is for front squating vs regular squating... any insight?
harder because you are forced to stay upright. more quad involvement.
when you go deep on a back squat that's too heavy you can always let your butt up first a bit while not lifting hte weight then good morning it up a bit. Front squats will fall off your shoulder if that happens.
